Nuba Glow is a fictional portfolio project. Forms are functional and may store submitted data on the hosting server, so only submit information you are comfortable sharing.
1. Data we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, product selections, hair-quiz answers, message content, consent status, referral information and technical data such as IP address and submission time.
2. How data is used
Data is used to process showcase orders, respond to enquiries, provide routine recommendations, prevent spam, improve the experience and demonstrate how a production customer-data workflow can operate.
3. Storage and security
Submissions are stored in protected server-side JSON files for this demo. The website includes CSRF protection, validation, rate limiting, secure session cookies and web-server rules blocking direct access to storage and configuration files. No system is completely secure.
4. Email and third parties
When email notifications are enabled, a copy of a submission may be sent to the configured business email. A real deployment may also use hosting, analytics, delivery, payment or CRM providers under separate agreements.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information by contacting the email below. Requests may require identity verification.
