1. Data controller
Statement Solutions operates statement-ds.com and acts as the controller of personal information submitted through the website forms. Contact address: 13 Al-Mosekar Ali Ismael St, Al-Dokki, Cairo, Egypt. Email: davidpeterson@statement-ds.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a contact or project-intake form, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company, requested service, budget, timeline, message, and any information you choose to include. We also record limited technical information to protect the forms, such as submission time, browser information, referring page, and a cryptographic hash of the IP address. The raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.
We use essential session cookies to secure forms and the administration area and may store a language preference. Third-party advertising cookies and marketing analytics are not enabled by default.
3. Why we use the information
- To respond to your request and assess project fit.
- To arrange a call, prepare a proposal, or continue correspondence.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the website.
- To maintain a reasonable business record of inquiries and potential engagements.
- To comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights when necessary.
Processing of form information is primarily based on your explicit consent and request for a response. It may later be necessary to take steps before entering a contract, perform a contract, or comply with an applicable legal obligation.
4. Sharing, storage, and security
Inquiries are stored in the website database and a copy is forwarded to the designated Statement inbox. Hosting, email, or professional service providers may process information on our behalf only to the extent needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
We apply reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transport when HTTPS is enabled, form validation, protected administration sessions, and access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
We generally retain inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship begins or a legal obligation or legitimate dispute requires longer retention. Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your information, request a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions may require us to retain certain records or limit a request.
6. External links and services
The website may link to email, telephone, or WhatsApp services. When you use an external service, its own privacy policy and practices apply. We are not responsible for external website content.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, processing activities, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
8. Privacy contact
For a request or question about your information, email davidpeterson@statement-ds.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
